Description

The high-performance brine injector of the HPI series ("PROFITMAKER") delivers precise, uniform injection for pork, beef, poultry and fish, from artisan production to the industrial line, bone-in and boneless.
Individual needle control ensures a homogeneous brine distribution, while the automatic stop on bone contact protects needles and product. The series scales from the HPI 300 entry model to the high-performance HPI 1000S servo.
